We have two large unique spaces we know will be a perfectly fit for your next event! Escarpment Room is best suited for groups of between 20 – 50 and Conservation Hall will accommodate up to 200 standing and 130 seating. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout both rooms and projectors with screens are available upon request.
To complete the experience The Mohawk Inn and Chop House also offers a variety of full-service, on-site catering options at various price points. Together with our Events Manager Matt and his culinary team at our in-house restaurant, we would be pleased to provide you with a customized menu for your event. All food is locally sourced and prepared fresh in our on-site kitchen. We follow the highest standards in selecting and approving our food and beverage partners.
The Escarpment Room is perfect for group meet ups, presentations, business lunches, cocktail receptions, smaller weddings and birthday parties. With a wall of windows located along its north side the room receives plenty of natural light, giving it a warm yet open feel.
Hardwood floors, exposed wood beams, stone walls and chandeliers make Conservation Hall an ideal location for special events of all varieties, including corporate gatherings and retreats, medium-to-large weddings, concerts and more. Bright and inviting, this newly-renovated room has all the necessary amenities including a stage, full-service bar and washrooms.

Rent Our Flexible Meeting Spaces
Centrally located 10 minutes from Milton at Highway 401 and Guelph Line, and less than 30 minutes from several other major city centres including Guelph, Burlington, Oakville, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Mississauga, our meeting spaces provide a flexible and affordable place to host your next meeting.
Our professionally outfitted room is ideal for small group conferences, committee meetings, sales pitches and business gatherings of 2 to 20 people. They may also be used as a satellite office for those looking for an alternative to working from home.
Mohawk Inn offers meeting space in the Birches Boardroom. This room may be rented out for a little as one hour, or as long as the whole day (between 8am and midnight).
The room will be set up to suit your personal requirements. Available options include Boardroom style for formal meetings, Classroom style for a comfortable learning environment, and Theatre style for presentations, with available amenities such as coffee/tea/water station, flip chart and projector.
Our Front Desk team will work with you to discuss which option will work best and ensure that all your needs are met and questions answered.

Rental rates for these spaces are $20/hour, $75 for 4 hours, or $150 for a full 8 hours.
